In the first phase of the Mahamandal, we are inviting applications from aspiring applicants for the posts of District Manager, Taluka Coordinator and Krushi Mitra for the Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Services. A management chain will be set up for the entire state of Maharashtra which will help in updating the information and running our day to day operations.

KRUSHI MITRA

Roles and Responsibilities

Krushi Mitra

  • 1. To provide information about Gramin Krushi Vikas Va Pashusavardhan Mahamandal and its benefits to farmers, milk producers, cattle breeders, poultry farmers, traders, companies, exporters, consumers.
  • 2. To register farmers, milk producers, cattle breeders and poultry breeders, traders and service providers (transport, porters, weighing, Grader & quality tester) on the portal of the Mahamandal.
  • 3. Upload in the information of all the crops sown and cultivated by the farmers in your village and all the information about the livestock and milk production of the milk producers, cattle breeders and poultry farmers on the portal of the Mahamandal.
  • 4. All the tools, accounts, seeds, medicines, tools, food etc. required by the farmers, milk producers. To make it available through the Mahamandal's Agro Services Center.
  • 5. To know the quality of crop, milk and livestock ready for sale, to decide the quality and grading.
  • 6. To prepare information and create groups and provide to the Mahamandal's Agro Services Center about crops, milk, livestock and related farmers, milk producers, cattle breeders and poultry breeders for sale.
  • 7. Weighing of agricultural commodities at the time of sale, collection of livestock, milk and delivery to the Agro Services Center of the Livestock Mahamandal, preparation of bills and purchase and sale agreement.
  • 8. To arrange for the sale of agricultural produce, milk, livestock to reach the traders and consumers.
  • 9. To provide information about agriculture and other information available on the portal of the Mahamandal such as weather, crop rearing, animal husbandry, dairy farming, poultry farming, government schemes, laws, social welfare to the farmers, milk producers, cattle breeders and poultry farmers.
  • 10. Redressal of grievances of farmers, dairy farmers, cattle breeders, poultry farmers and traders in our village.
  • 11. Update all online reports daily.
  • 12. To work as per the instructions of Mahamandal Committee / District Manager / Taluka Coordinator and to update the report on the portal of Mahamandal.

Taluka Coordinator

  • 1. To form Krushi Mitra team for the work of Gramin Krushi Vikas Va Pashusavardhan Mahamandal in your taluka and to give them proper guidance, training and promotion and to plan their work thoroughly.
  • 2. To control the work in your area and to help your team to carry out the work of Mahamandal smoothly.
  • 3. Establishment, management and marketing Mahamandal Agro Services Center in your taluka.
  • 4. To redress the grievances of farmers, milk producers, cattle breeders, poultry farmers, traders and agricultural friends in our taluka.
  • 5. Planting of crops, finished goods, grading and quality of goods, weight of goods, milk production, number of animals, livestock available for sale, transportation, farmer payments, etc. of farmers, milk producers, cattle breeders and poultry farmers in your taluka. To update the information about this on the portal of the Mahamandal as per the village wise and control it.
  • 6.To convey the work and concepts of Mahamandal to farmers, milk producers, cattle breeders and poultry farmers, traders, exporters.
  • 7. Daily updating of all online reports in the taluka coordinator
  • 8. To control the work of agricultural friends and to complete their work by following up.
  • 9. To report all the work in your taluka to the district manager on a daily basis.
  • 10. To work as per the instructions of Mahamandal Committee / District Manager, to report and get the work completed by the team in your taluka.

  • 3. To set up agro services centers of the Mahamandal in your district and taluka wise, to manage and market them.
  • 4. To redress the grievances of farmers, dairy farmers, cattle breeders, poultry farmers, traders, taluka coordinators and agricultural friends in our district.
  • 5. To update village wise information on the portal of the Mahamandal for the cultivation of crops, finished goods, grading and quality of goods, weight of goods, milk production, number of animals, livestock available for sale, transportation, farmer payment, etc and control it.
  • 6. To convey the work and concepts of Rural Agriculture Development and Animal Husbandry Mahamandal to farmers, milk producers, cattle breeders and poultry farmers, traders, exporters.
  • 7. Daily updating of all online reports in the District.
  • 8. To control the work of Taluka Coordinator and Krushi Mitra and to complete their work by following up.
  • 9. To report all the work in your district to the Mahamandal Committee on a daily basis.
  • 10. To work and report as per the instructions of the Mahamandal committee and to get the work completed by the team in your district.
